Terms of Service

By accessing or using FrameScriptPro, users agree to these Terms. If a user does not agree, they should not use the service.

• Users are responsible for account accuracy and safeguarding account access.
• Private workspaces and jobs are intended only for the authenticated account owner and permitted collaborators if collaboration features are later introduced.
• We may suspend or limit access for fraud, abuse, security incidents, non-payment, or policy violations.

• Do not upload or submit content you do not have the right to process.
• Do not use the service to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or applicable law.
• Do not automate abuse of public/free tools, bypass quotas, scrape private user data, or interfere with system integrity.

Users retain rights in their source content to the extent allowed by law and any third-party platform terms. By using the service, users authorize FrameScriptPro to host, process, transform, and deliver outputs derived from that content so the requested product features can function.

Users submitting public YouTube URLs represent that they have the right to request processing of those materials and that the submission complies with applicable law and the source platform rules. Additional disclosures are available in Public YouTube Processing.

Paid features may be offered on recurring billing terms. Pricing, provider routing, plan limits, credit allocations, and cancellation handling may differ by country and payment provider. The current refund and cancellation baseline is described in Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may change, suspend, or improve features, plans, limits, and storage behavior over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription accuracy, or error-free processing for every file or source URL.

FrameScriptPro branding, interface designs, code, product copy, and service marks remain our property or the property of our licensors, except for user-owned content and outputs to the extent rights remain with the user.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, complete, or fit for every use case.

Users may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, legal risk, repeated payment failures, or serious policy violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, disputes relating to FrameScriptPro will be subject to the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
