Legal & Support Contact
Privacy, billing, export, deletion, and legal-policy requests can be submitted through [email protected].
1. User Uploads and Private Jobs
When a signed-in user uploads a file or submits a private YouTube job, the system stores the source metadata, creates a job record, reserves usage, and routes processing through backend workers. Outputs such as transcripts, notes, blog drafts, overview data, and export archives are then attached to the user’s private workspace context.
2. Public YouTube Processing
For the free public tool, the system fetches metadata and processes the submitted public YouTube link under the public workflow. Public tool jobs are subject to different limits, consent requirements, and retention handling than private workspace jobs.
3. Generated Outputs
- Transcripts are created from processed audio/video inputs and may include timestamps and frame-linked navigation.
- Notes and blog outputs are generated from transcript and contextual job data.
- Exports package selected outputs into downloadable archives or documents for the requesting user.
4. Storage
Data may be stored in application databases, object storage, queue systems, audit/event logs, and billing records. Storage duration depends on the category of data and the retention rules described in the Data Retention Policy.
