Privacy, billing, export, deletion, and legal-policy requests can be submitted through [email protected].

1. Access and Export

Users should be able to request an export of their account data, workspace-related records, and other account-linked artifacts through the in-product data control area where available.

2. Current Product State

The product supports data export archive requests, time-limited download links, and confirmed account-deletion requests. Account deletion revokes active sessions immediately and starts an asynchronous purge pipeline for account-linked workspaces, jobs, generated outputs, and export archives, subject to billing, audit, and legal-retention obligations.

3. Correction and Restriction

Users may update some account information directly in profile settings. Additional correction or restriction requests may require support handling depending on the type of record involved.

4. Deletion Requests

Deletion requests should be verified carefully, should respect billing/compliance retention obligations, and should coordinate removal of application records, generated outputs, and temporary storage artifacts where applicable.

5. How to Submit a Request

Data access, export, correction, restriction, and deletion requests should be submitted through [email protected]. We may request verification details before acting on sensitive account-rights requests.
